Product Core Introduction
This is a mature and versatile color display touch module,
combining thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal technology with
4-line resistive touch solution. It adopts a 16-bit parallel (8080
MCU) interface. It is a commonly used human-computer interaction

Basic Specifications: 3.5-inch diagonal, effective display area
approximately 48.96×73.44 mm; resolution 320 (horizontal) × 480
(vertical) pixels; 16-bit RGB capable of presenting 65K true
colors; resistive touch is single-point precise touch, can be
operated with fingers, gloves, or touch pens, unaffected by humid /
oily environments; the driving IC is commonly ILI9488, ST7796,
ILI9486, etc., paired with XPT2046 touch control chip; the working
voltage is mostly 3.3V (some compatible with 5V level conversion),
the working temperature often reaches -20℃ to +70℃, suitable for
most indoor and outdoor scenarios.
Advantages of 16-bit Parallel Interface: Compared with SPI serial
interface, the parallel bus has faster data throughput, enabling
rapid screen refresh and dynamic video display, suitable for
interactive interfaces requiring immediate response; the interface
pins include data D0-D15, chip select, read/write, reset, etc.,
which can directly match mainstream MCU development boards such as
STM32, Arduino Mega.
Structural Features: The module integrates LCD panel, backlight
unit, resistive touch layer and driving PCB, with a relatively thin
overall thickness (about 3mm), easy to install; some models come
with FPC flexible ribbon cable or straight pin insertion,
supporting vertical / horizontal software display direction
